- This document specifies a method for the determination of flavonols content in wine by high performance liquid chromatography. This document is applicable to the determination of flavonols in wine: rutin, isoquercitrin, quercetin, resveratrol, quercetin, luteolin, apigenin, and kaempferol. The detection limits of the method in this document: the detection limits of rutin, isoquercitrin, and luteolin are all 0.0600 mg/L, and the detection limits of quercetin, resveratrol, apigenin, and kaempferol are all 0.0600 mg/L. 0.0450mg/L, the detection limit of quercetin is 0.0300mg/L.
