This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, basic requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, ordering and supply, and quality assurance of TDR series single crystal growth furnaces. This standard applies to Czochralski single crystal growth furnace (hereinafter referred to as "single crystal furnace").
