- Scope
- The document describes a sub-animal test for the determination of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in water. The test is useful to determine the inhibition of the development of acetyl cholinesterase from beef-erythrocytes by these pesticides. For this purpose the analytical solution has to be measured photometric and the result has to be calculated with the given formulas.
