This document stipulates the classification and definition of positions, qualification requirements, job ability requirements, appropriate training methods and training content for each position, and the ability confirmation method and ability maintenance and monitoring of personnel in each position. This document is suitable for pre-job training, capability confirmation, capability maintenance, and monitoring of employees in ecological environment monitoring institutions. This document provides the basis for evaluation by qualification accreditation agencies and laboratory accreditation agencies on the standardization, suitability and adequacy of training for practitioners in ecological environment monitoring agencies. For other testing institutions and internal testing laboratories that are not engaged in ecological environment monitoring, their personnel training and ability confirmation can also be implemented with reference to this document.
