Background: With the aging of my country's population, the demand for ability assessment of the elderly is becoming increasingly urgent. This standard is based on MZ/T039-2013 "Ability Assessment of the Elderly" issued in 2013, combined with the latest research results at home and abroad.
Technological evolution: The new standard optimizes the assessment dimensions, adds perception and social participation assessment, and refines the mental state assessment indicators. At the same time, a dynamic assessment mechanism and basis for changing competency levels (such as dementia, risk events, etc.) are introduced to make the assessment results more scientific and applicable.
