Scope
This document presents calculations for the particle fluence to which a spacecraft (in terms of orbit and design lifetime) is subjected, using a model describing the dynamic fluctuations of the radiation belts. The quasi-dynamic model of the Earth's radiation belts determines the dynamic changes according to the input parameters (various indices), and the input parameters are all selected from the parameters that are easy to obtain and are highly correlated with the dynamic changes of the Earth's radiation belts. This document applies to areas such as spacecraft design.
