This document stipulates the basic regulations, design, module management, construction and installation, acceptance, use and maintenance of prefabricated aluminum alloy houses, as well as the requirements for the establishment of full-chain shared BIM. This document applies to the design, production, installation, acceptance and maintenance of prefabricated aluminum alloy houses with no more than 2 floors and a building height of no more than 7m. The design, construction and acceptance of prefabricated aluminum alloy houses, if not specified in this regulation, should still comply with the relevant national standards.
