This document specifies the raw materials and production process, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of 3-chloropropene, a by-product of epichlorohydrin. This document applies to 3-chloropropene obtained after distillation and purification using low-boiling substances produced in the production of epichlorohydrin as raw materials, which are mainly used as raw materials for industrial synthesis. Other 3-chloropropene produced through distillation and purification of waste liquid containing 3-chloropropene can also refer to this document.
