This document applies to new (renovated, expanded) housing construction projects, highway and railway construction projects, rail transit construction projects, municipal public projects, water conservancy and hydropower projects, line and pipeline projects, electric power projects, equipment installation projects, decoration and decoration projects, and Eco-environmental credit evaluation of construction project entities formed by demolition projects, etc.
