Scope

This standard specifies the general principles, procedures, content and methods of ecological environment damage appraisal and assessment. This standard is applicable to the identification and assessment of ecological environment damage caused by polluting the environment or destroying the ecology. This standard does not apply to the identification and assessment of ecological environment damage caused by nuclear and radiation.
