This document stipulates the explicit evaluation specifications for APP algorithm recommendations, including the explicit method, explicit content, etc., and provides specific evaluation and grading methods. This document is suitable for APP providers to standardize the explicit disclosure of algorithm recommendations, and also for regulatory agencies and third-party evaluation agencies to supervise, evaluate, and certify APP’s explicit disclosure.
