The "New Urbanization Distribution Network Development Assessment Specifications" stipulates the technical content such as the comprehensive evaluation index system, index content and meaning, evaluation methods and processes for the regional distribution network development level in the process of new urbanization. It is one of the contents of the National Energy Administration's "Action Plan for Distribution Network Construction and Renovation (2015-2020)" and plays a technical guidance role in standardizing and promoting the construction and operation of distribution networks.
