This document specifies the hierarchical management method and data exchange format for dynamic information data involved in autonomous driving map applications. This document is suitable for the format generation, management and exchange of dynamic information layers of autonomous driving maps. It can be combined with the static layers of autonomous driving maps to provide richer information for related applications such as vehicle positioning, perception fusion and decision planning.
