This standard starts from the connotation of sea-rail combined transport service quality and analyzes the multi-dimensional and multi-factor components that constitute the sea-rail combined transport service quality evaluation system. Through expert seminars and field surveys, combined with statistical analysis methods, an initial indicator system was constructed and corresponding evaluation indicators were screened out multiple times to build a sea-rail combined transport service quality monitoring and evaluation indicator system.
