This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of cross-linkable polyethylene insulation materials for cross-linked polyethylene insulated wires and cables of 35kV and below. This document applies to peroxide cross-linked polyethylene, silane cross-linked polyethylene and radiation cross-linked polyethylene made of low-density polyethylene as the base material, mixed with cross-linking agents and other additives through plasticization and granulation.
