This document specifies the sampling, quality requirements, inspection, marking, labeling and accompanying documents, packaging, transportation and storage, as well as safety and health of fluorocarbon insulating coolant (hereinafter referred to as "fluorocarbon liquid"). This document is applicable to the inspection and use of fluorocarbon liquid for evaporative cooling power transformers with voltage levels of 220kV and below. Fluorocarbon liquid for reactors can be followed.
