This document stipulates the terms and definitions of safe elevator riding behavior guidelines, riding process, emergency response and elevator management status identification. This document applies to passenger elevators, freight elevators, hydraulic elevators, escalators, and moving walkways within the scope of the "Special Equipment Catalog".
