Scope: This document specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of road traffic sign boards and supports. This document is applicable to highways, urban roads and places that are within the jurisdiction of the unit but allow social motor vehicles to pass, including the traffic signs set up on places used for public traffic such as squares and public parking lots. Traffic signs set up in other places where motor vehicles pass can be used as a reference.
