This document specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements and test methods, sampling, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, and safety of coal-based mining vehicle fuel. This document applies to fuels used in compression-ignition engine mine cars that are produced using indirect liquefaction processes and added with performance-improving additives.
