This standard specifies the procedures, content, accounting methods and requirements for accounting for pollution sources in the starch industry. This standard is applicable to the source intensity calculation of pollution sources from new (renovation and expansion) projects in the starch industry and pollution sources from existing projects. This standard is applicable to source intensity accounting during normal and abnormal discharges in the starch industry, and is not applicable to source intensity accounting in case of sudden leakage, fire, explosion and other accidents. This standard is applicable to the accounting of the pollution source intensity of waste gas, waste water, noise and solid waste from the main production equipment and public auxiliary projects of the starch industry. Boiler pollution source intensity that implements GB13223 is calculated in accordance with HJ888. Boiler pollution source intensity that implements GB13271 is calculated in accordance with HJ991. .
