This document specifies an overview, test preparation, test procedures, quality assurance and quality control, data and reporting of a method for rapid evaluation of mild (non-irritating) cosmetics and their raw materials based on the zebrafish model. This document is suitable for the use of zebrafish models to quickly detect and evaluate the mildness (non-irritation) of cosmetics and their raw materials. This document does not apply to test substances that cannot be dissolved, emulsified or prepared into a uniformly dispersed suspension and that are inherently fluorescent.
