- DB31/ 2016-2021 Local Food Safety Standard for Prepared Meat Products. This standard replaces DB31/ 2016-2013 Local Food Safety Standard for Prepared Meat Products and Prepared Aquatic Products. DB31/ 2016-2021 Local Food Safety Standard for Prepared Meat Products. This standard replaces DB31/ 2016 -2013 Food Safety Local Standards for Prepared Meat Products and Prepared Aquatic Products. This standard applies to non-ready-to-eat prepared meat products, including products provided directly to consumers and products indirectly provided to consumers for use by food production and operation units. Related announcements: Shanghai Municipal Health Commission’s notice on the release of 5 local food safety standards including the "Local Food Safety Standard for Noodles" and 1 modification order (Shanghai Wei Food [2021] No. 12).
