This regulation applies to energy-saving building doors and windows used in new construction, reconstruction, expansion and energy-saving renovation projects of existing buildings within the administrative region of Anhui Province. In addition to complying with the requirements of this regulation, the material selection, design, construction and quality acceptance of building energy-saving door and window projects should also comply with relevant national and provincial standards and regulations.
