This standard specifies the principles, content, procedures and technical requirements for soil pollution supervision on land used by petrochemical enterprises (hereinafter referred to as petrochemicals). This standard applies to petrochemical domestic enterprises that have been or are intended to be used for production and operation activities such as oil and natural gas extraction, oil and natural gas processing, chemical industry, solid waste centralized storage or landfill, oil and gas storage and transportation, oil product sales, power central stations, etc. Supervision of soil pollution on owned construction land and leased land. This standard does not apply to the monitoring of radioactive and pathogenic biological contamination.
