This document specifies the grading standards, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of edible spirulina powder. This document applies to edible spirulina powder made from large-scale artificial cultivation of Arthrospiraplatensis or Arthrospiramaxima after harvesting, filtering, cleaning and drying.
