Functional QuaIif ication Requirements for Power Operated Active Valve Assemblies for Nuclear Power Plants

Scope: This Standard establishes the requirements for functional qualification of power operated active valve assemblies for nuclear power plants. It is not intended that this Standard be applied to power operated relief valves and self-operated valves such as check and pressure relief valves. It is the responsibility of the plant owner or his designee to identify those active valves which require qualification under this Standard and to identify the functional qualification requirements, as associated with Annexes A through H, which shall be met. 本标准规定了核电厂动力主动阀组件的功能鉴定要求。本标准不适用于动力式溢流阀和自力式阀，如止回阀和泄压阀。工厂所有者或其指定人员有责任确定那些需要根据本标准进行资格认证的主动阀，并确定与附件A至H相关的功能资格要求，这些要求应得到满足。
