This document specifies the terms and definitions, evaluation requirements and evaluation methods for green product evaluation of electric pressure cookers. This document is applicable to the green product evaluation of electric pressure cookers heated by electric heating elements or electromagnetic induction, with a rated volume not exceeding 10L and a rated cooking pressure of 40kPa~140kPa (gauge pressure).
