Scope

This document specifies the definition of traffic parameters for non-motor vehicles and pedestrians based on roadside surveillance video, technical requirements for traffic parameter detection, and test and calculation method requirements for detection parameters. This document applies to technical specifications for non-motor vehicle and pedestrian traffic parameters in motor vehicle lanes, non-motor vehicle lanes on both sides and sidewalk detection videos, as well as technical specifications for traffic parameter detection related to road traffic planning and management.
