This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate and order (or contract) content of high-temperature titanium alloy rods for aerospace use. This standard applies to titanium alloy round bars for high temperature use produced by hot forging and hot rolling methods (hereinafter referred to as bars).
