Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for 3% hydrogen/argon mixture. This document applies to the 3% hydrogen/argon mixture used in the electronics industry (hereinafter referred to as the 3% hydrogen/argon mixture). Hydrogen-argon mixtures with other component proportions can be implemented as a reference.
