Scope

This document specifies the full immersion or intermediate immersion exfoliation corrosion test methods for 2×××, 5×××, 6×××, 7××× deformed aluminum alloy products. This document is applicable to the exfoliation corrosion test of deformed aluminum alloy products such as 2×××, 5×××, 6×××, 7××× series aluminum alloy plates, strips, tubes, rods, molds and forgings.
