Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements and test methods for noise testing of automobile electric power steering system devices. This document applies to automobile electric power steering system devices (hereinafter referred to as devices), which are available in column-assisted (C-EPS), pinion-assisted (P-EPS) and rack-assisted (R-EPS) types.
