This National Standard of Canada is equivalent to International Standard ISO 105-J01:1989. This part of ISO 105 specifies a method for measuring color differences between two textile specimens at all stages of processing. The existence of a reference control fabric is necessary in order to be able to carry out the measurements on the reference control fabric and on the sample to be tested in the same sequence. This method can only be used for color samples.
