DBS45/ 046-2018 Local food safety standard for prepared buffalo milk DBS45/ 046-2018 Local food safety standard for prepared buffalo milk This standard specifies the terms and definitions of prepared buffalo milk, requirements, food additives and nutritional fortifiers, and hygiene during production and processing Requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels, markings, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life. This standard applies to liquid products made from raw buffalo milk as the main raw material, with or without skimming, adding other raw materials or food additives or nutritional fortifiers, and using appropriate sterilization or sterilization processes.
