Scope

This document specifies the nucleic acid extraction requirements for high-throughput detection of pathogenic microorganisms using next-generation sequencing technology, and describes the corresponding extraction methods. This document applies to nucleic acid extraction methods for phytopathogenic bacteria, fungi, viruses and bacteria carried by vector organisms in plants and their products.
