T/FJJX 2-2020 Work standard for bidding agency business of Building construction and Municipal infrastructure projects in Fujian Province (English Version)
This standard follows the bidding procedures stipulated in the relevant laws, regulations and rules of the country and Fujian Province, and proposes the operation content that the bidding agency should perform in each business process and the relevant regulations to comply with. This standard applies to the bidding agency business of housing construction and municipal infrastructure projects within the administrative region of Fujian Province that are required to invite bids according to law and adopt post-qualification review. Bidding agency work for projects that do not require bidding or pre-qualification according to law may be performed with reference to this standard.
