This standard specifies water quota indicators for agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, industry, and tertiary industries in Fujian Province. This standard applies to agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, water intake and water management within the administrative scope of Fujian Province. This standard can be used as a guide for the province to carry out water resources licensing management, water resources demonstration for construction projects, water withdrawal (use) plans, water use assessment, demonstration and approval of sewage outlet setting, and increase in water resources fees and water fees for excess quotas (plans). All water quotas referred to in this standard are net quotas, that is, water transmission losses from water sources to water users are not considered.
