This standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of five plant growth regulator residues in vegetables and fruits. This standard is applicable to the determination of residues of five plant growth regulators, including thidiazuron, chlorfenuron, 2,4-D, paclobutrazol and uniconazole, in vegetables and fruits. The detection limit of this method is 0.008mg/kg~0.012mg/kg. The limit of quantitation of this method is 0.003mg/kg~0.035mg/kg.
