This document stipulates the terms, definitions and general requirements for cleaner production in Lantan enterprises. The clean production standard indicators are divided into five categories, namely production process and equipment indicators, resource (energy) consumption and by-product comprehensive utilization indicators, product indicators, waste emission and recycling indicators, and production process management requirements. This document is applicable to the guidance of cleaner production in the blue carbon industry, the judgment of cleaner production potential and opportunities, and the assessment of cleaner production levels. It can also be used to guide the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and can also be used as a basis for environmental impact assessment.
