- This standard specifies the headspace/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of tetraethyl lead in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of tetraethyl lead in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater. When the water sample volume is 10.0ml and the headspace injection volume is 1.0ml, the method detection limit of tetraethyl lead is 0.02ug/L and the lower detection limit is 0.08g/L.
