This document stipulates the basic requirements for power-saving detection of slip speed regulation equipment, boundary demarcation and energy consumption statistical range, power-saving detection steps and calculation methods, and requirements related to calculation of economic benefits of power saving. This document is suitable for testing the power-saving effect of slip speed regulation equipment used in square torque loads such as turbines and water pumps in fields such as steel, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, cement, and construction. This document does not apply to systems where the rated performance of the motor or load has changed before and after modification.
