This document stipulates the items, methods and requirements for manufacturing supervision and inspection (hereinafter referred to as "supervisory inspection") and commissioned testing of domestically manufactured and imported flow meters (casings). This document is applicable to the supervisory inspection of flow meters (casings), integrated forged flow meters (casings) and imported flow meters (casings) within the definition of pressure pipelines specified in the "Special Equipment Catalog". This document is applicable to the commissioned testing of integrated cast flowmeters (casings), flowmeters made of non-ferrous metal pipe fittings (casings), insertion flowmeters without pressure-bearing casings, and flange-to-wafer flowmeters.
