This document puts forward the overall principles of etiquette education and training services, stipulates the overall requirements for etiquette education and training services, and formulates the evaluation and improvement of etiquette education and training services. This document applies to units that carry out etiquette education and training, including but not limited to etiquette education and training institutions, such as: preschool education, kindergartens, universities, middle and primary schools, national party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions.
