Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic parameters, models and nomenclature, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of the ethylene cracking furnace tube temperature safety monitoring and analysis system (hereinafter referred to as the system). This standard is applicable to cracking furnace tube temperature safety monitoring and analysis systems consisting of explosion-proof electrical control boxes, monitoring probes, gas source cabinets, transmission devices, data processing and control units. This system is suitable for cracking furnace tubes in the petrochemical industry. Real-time temperature monitoring and furnace tube temperature safety warning are also suitable for real-time monitoring of furnace tube temperature and furnace tube temperature safety warning of tubular reactor furnaces in other industries.
