This document stipulates the terms and definitions of zero-carbon factory evaluation in the rubber industry, the creation of zero-carbon factories, evaluation requirements, application and disclosure of evaluation result information, etc. This document is applicable to the establishment and implementation of zero-carbon factories within enterprises for rubber processing and to the evaluation activities of zero-carbon factories by third-party evaluation agencies.
