This document defines the terms and definitions of non-destructive fruit quality sorting equipment, stipulates product classification and technical requirements, and describes the corresponding test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage. This document is applicable to the design, manufacturing and testing of fruit quality non-destructive sorting equipment for sorting the quality and sugar content of spherical fruits (apples, peaches, oranges, etc.).
