This document stipulates the vacuum level classification of vacuum components of large high vacuum installations, the overall requirements for leak detection testing, leak detection systems and methods, leak detection procedures for vacuum components at all levels, and test reports. It is suitable for vacuum sealing performance testing of vacuum components on large and complex high vacuum devices such as particle accelerators, nuclear fusion devices, and space simulators, to guide component quality acceptance and leak repair.
