Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of konjac gel food. This document is applicable to the production, inspection and sales of konjac gel food. This document is not applicable to bulk konjac tofu, snow konjac, and reprocessed food made from konjac jelly food.
