Taking the Zanthoxylum bungeanum extract and its products as the test object, use methanol to prepare prepared solution A and dilute solution B, and use high performance liquid chromatography to quantify hydroxy-α-sanshool, hydroxy-β-sanshool, and hydroxy- γ-sanshool, hydroxy-ε-sanshool, hydroxy-γ-isosanshool, γ-sanshool, and then add the six kinds of sanshool in samples A and B to obtain the xanthoxylin content (g/100g). This standard solves the problem that low-content sanshool substances cannot be accurately quantified; the gradient elution procedure of the mobile phase acetonitrile + 0.1% phosphoric acid water is innovative, the column pressure is low, the baseline is stable, and the separation effect of each sanshool is good; the amount of methanol used in sample preparation is small , conducive to environmental protection.
