This document is applicable to third-party inspection and testing institutions, testing and calibration laboratories, and can be used as a reference by first- and second-party laboratories and scientific research laboratories. This document is applicable to laboratories in fixed locations. Laboratories and remote monitoring outside fixed locations can refer to it, but additional requirements may be required. Laboratories in special fields, such as biology, forensic identification, medicine, forensic medicine, veterinary medicine, etc., when applying this document, should also comply with relevant requirements in the professional field.
